Programme Introduction:

The Diploma in Property Management is a collaboration programme with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

 

Generally it deals with the land property sector which the work are involving to assess land for sale, tax calculation such as council tax, profit tax, stamp duty and so forth. It is also involving with land property management which including rental management, marketing and managing building such as shopping complex, office space, shop house and others.

A graduate in Diploma in Property Management (DDF) will be equipped with theoretical knowledge that will include the field of assessing and property investment; property management and real estate agents that will allow them to be the professionals, which including the evaluators, the property managers and real estate agents. Graduate is also will be able to provide independent advices to property investors in the process of choosing the land.

Through assignments, practical work and practical training, It will expose them with the real work place situation that they will face after they graduated.

 

Admission Required:

  • Pass SPM/SPMV with 3 (three) credits including
    • Bahasa Melayu
    • Any other 2 subjects
    • PASS in Mathematics

Additional Information:

  • Diploma will be awarded by UTM during the convocation at UTM Skudai
  • Students are required to take additional two (2) subjects selected by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
